日前,百勁機械榮獲由正泰集團頒發(fā)的“2014年度技術(shù)創(chuàng)新優(yōu)秀獎”。本次百勁創(chuàng)新獎的獲得是正泰集團對百勁不懈創(chuàng)新的技術(shù)能力、無可挑剔的客戶服務和高品質(zhì)產(chǎn)品及解決方案的肯定。
公司總經(jīng)理鄭總出席正泰集團2014年度供應商大會,并代表公司領獎。鄭總表示:“獲得客戶的認可是我們極大的榮譽,這也是百勁多年以來不斷創(chuàng)新,努力變革的最好體現(xiàn)。百勁一直致力于以客戶需求和社會變革潮流為創(chuàng)新的出發(fā)點,為客戶提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品和服務。”此次百勁創(chuàng)新獎的獲得更加堅定了百勁的創(chuàng)新步伐。
百勁自成立之初與正泰開展合作,多年來合作范圍不斷擴大,如今已涵蓋鈑金,機加工,焊接結(jié)構(gòu)件等制造工藝,幾乎涉及電氣配套產(chǎn)品制造的所有領域。
公司堅持以人為本,重視人才培養(yǎng),積極鼓勵員工創(chuàng)新,把組織員工崗位技術(shù)培訓作為重點,引導鼓勵員工深造學習,提高公司核心競爭力。
加強崗位技術(shù)培訓。通過崗前教育、在職培訓、考察學習等形式,在全員范圍內(nèi)組織開展業(yè)務知識培訓,并強化專業(yè)技術(shù)人員繼續(xù)教育,使全體專業(yè)人員接受專業(yè)知識更新,達到“分層進步、整體提高”的目的,不斷提高員工的技能水平。
積極打造人才成長“流水線”,由行政部門組織開展的2015年培訓計劃,每月至少兩期內(nèi)訓課程,由外聘專業(yè)培訓講師針對公司人員開發(fā)課件,因材適教。截至目前,全公司共有10多人已經(jīng)接受“TTT”(內(nèi)部培訓師)系統(tǒng)培訓。后期,內(nèi)部培訓師將為員工制定更加完善的培訓培養(yǎng)計劃,并有專門導師進行督導。內(nèi)訓師培訓將成為該公司人才培養(yǎng)不可或缺的形式,在培養(yǎng)全面型專業(yè)人才方面發(fā)揮重要作用。

新年新起點。2014年百勁機械交出了一張完美的答卷,但追夢的腳步不會停止。2015年,揚帆起航,百勁機械在鄭總及精英領導團隊的引領下,必再駛向新航向。
近日,上海百勁機械傳來喜訊,公司搬遷了新的辦公地點,規(guī)模進一步擴大,公司發(fā)展將踏上新的臺階。
隨著公司高速的發(fā)展,原先的辦公地點規(guī)模已逐漸出現(xiàn)各種弊端,無法滿足辦公和生產(chǎn)的需要。公司決定從原來舊的廠房搬遷至總面積達22畝,建筑面積達16000平方的科技園,在新的辦公地點,相關(guān)的配套硬件,環(huán)境氛圍等都有一個顯著改善。
新的辦公場所更好地滿足了公司今后的發(fā)展目標,提高了公司的競爭實力。在此次搬遷的過程中,為配合未來計劃的實施,公司同時還將招聘大量相關(guān)技術(shù)員工,增添更先進的加工設備,提升公司的影響力。
為了豐富員工的文化生活,進一步增進團隊精神,促進各部門間的相互了解,提高公司的凝聚力和向心力,體現(xiàn)公司的人文氣息,11月15、16兩日,我司組織全體員工赴浙江安吉旅游。游覽觀賞安吉自然與人文景觀,大家開開心心地度過了2天特別難忘而有意義的休閑旅游活動。
根據(jù)行程安排,大家先后游覽了大竹海、藏龍百瀑等風景區(qū),親領略了當?shù)氐娘L土人情,充分感受了舒適的旅游休閑生活。
通過此次浙江之旅,大家不僅感受了安吉美不勝收的自然風光、享受了旅游的喜悅與輕松,同時也感受到公司的溫暖和關(guān)懷。

On the morning of November 17, 2013, the fifteenth survey of “Two Innovation” Youth League at Songjiang District ——“Two Innovation” organized the Teenager Carnival activity at the Community culture activity center square of Xiao Kunshan Town, which was sponsored by Youth League District Committee and undertook by Xiao Kunshan Youth League Committee. In November 13, led by vice sales manager Ye Yangcun, our company’s general manager assistant and project engineer of technical department Liu Donghai went to Jiangsu Province to attend this purchaser’s meeting. ]]>On October 24, Chinese audit team of Alstom arrived at our company to conduct the site audit. During the audit, the team listened to the company’s report, checked the material of quality control handbook, and inspected the quality control on the spot. Then the team checked the practice situation of the company’s system documents. Through two days’ serous check, the team believed that our company put into effect to practice the work of quality control seriously, and handled it normatively. Due to our company’s good performance, the result of the site audit is qualified, and our company became one qualified Chinese supplier of Alsom.
